Nicky was laying on the bed totally naked as the day he was born while giggling like a schoolgirl.
"Even after all these years you're still so incredibly silly, Tesoro," Nicky said with joy in his voice as he ran his fingers through Joe's curls.
Joe had for the last hour been kissing every inch of Nicky's body.
"You knew it when you said yes to marry me," Joe replied between two kisses. "So, why are you complaining?"
"Not complaining," Nicky replied as he gently placed his hand on Joe's nape to pull him in for a kiss. "Just saying that it's one of the things I love about you."
"Thank you, Habibi," Joe replied with a big smile. "Now, you just relax while I continue with kissing your body."
Joe returned to kissing Nicky's belly, who couldn't stop laughing when Joe found the spot, where Nicky was ticklish. Oh, how Joe loved that sound, and he couldn't stop smiling as he kissed the spot a few more times just so he could hear Nicky laugh.
"I'm not complaining over being kissed because I like that," Nicky said with a smile.
"Hmm??" Joe replied as he looked up at Nicky briefly before he started to kiss Nicky's foot, which made Nicky laugh again.
"But why are you doing it?" Nicky wanted to know.
"Just read a book about mothers kissing their children's ouchie," Joe replied. "And though I wanted to do it with you."
"What's an ouchie?" Nicky wanted to know.
"A bruise or bump. Whenever a child gets one a mother will kiss the pain away and everything will be ok again," Joe explained in the professor's voice Nicky loved. "And since you had plenty of bruises and bumps today on the mission, I thought I would try it out to see if it makes you feel better."
"It does help," Nicky replied with a smile. "But I think you missed a spot."
"Where?" Joe wanted to know.
Nicky pointed at his lower lip while making a pouty face which made Joe laugh.
"Totally my fault," Joe said as he leaned forward before he started to kiss the lower lip. "Feeling better?"
"Not really," Nicky replied. "I think you better do it again?"
This time Joe kissed Nicky's entire face over and over again while he the same time tickled Nicky, who couldn't stop laughing.
