Chapter Text
All For One had just gotten his head bashed once again, Izuku had done what All Might did, but also much more, he knew he was dead this time, he wouldn't bring his son/brother with him, cause he knew he and Tenko would have to fight eventually, so that Izuku could fully end his horrible legacy. Not that he wanted to kill his son especially since the boy has only lived about a year longer in his current life then his first.
When the super-villain (or ex super-villain?) opened his eyes, he was surprised when instead of a burning pain and demons laughing he awoke in a bed, he hadn't remembered actually sleeping for years -he had found a Quirk that made sleep unnecessary- he sat up, he was... shorter? He hadn't been shorter in over fifty years... He looked around there was bright morning light from the windows... a laptop om the floor next to his bed, the walls bare because... because father didn't let any of them have anything that wasn't necessary.. he had killed the man but that had been after.. after Tomu died. He stood up and went to the mirror -thankfully that had been a necessity in their fathers mind- and saw him... no mask, eyes, nose and hair, he touched all of it to make sure he wasn't imagining it, he wasn't. the main problem was that he seemed to be in his 14 year old body.
He hadn't realized it had been a while until he heard a knock on the door, "yes?" He called
"Big brother?" He heard from outside the door, "can I come in?"
It's been so long since he's heard either of his brothers voices so young, he isn't sure which one it is, "yes."
He looked over when the door opened to see short curly white hair and hetero chromatic green and red eyes that widened for a moment before the boy seemed to school his expression, "uh, what's the date? I forgot...."
He shook his head and sighed, "I did too... I'll check." He grabbed his laptop and checked "it's Saturday July 16th."
Tomura nodded, "seems about right."
"Tell me something-"
"You suck."
"What you-"
"So you are..."
"And you?"
"How...?"
"For me it must have been a Quirk that I gained but forgot about... but you were still alive after I went back.."
"Only for a few days, the final battle happened and I died, assume Tenko also died or the future is ruined.."
"Well now that we've gotten that out of the way, what about-"
"This times Yoi?"
"Yes,"
"He's to sick to get up."
"As expected I suppose, you have any plans?"
"Not dying at 15 for one."
"I was going to make sure that didn't happen, if it did, I fear I'd forget not to use the vault again."
"Act like we are from this time..."
"That will be harder for you, I believe."
"You have to act like a teenager."
"Was I ever able to in the first place? I mean, I remember trying to give you an Yoi the ability to be actual teens but I can't remember being one myself, not really."
"Maybe you weren't, I mean you did have to protect us all the time..."
"And I'll do it again."
"You know I can defend myself now."
"Do you even still have One For All?"
"I'm not sure..."
"If you don't are you really strong enough to defend yourself, especially from the guy who killed you in the first timeline?"
"I think so..."
"Either way, I don't want you to have to go through this again, it makes sense for me, I know I deserve it, but you don't."
His younger brother (son?) shrugged, "well, either way, I'm here and I'll make sure you don't fuck anything up."
"What do you mean? I wouldn't have fucked anything up, I know what I want to do."
"Is part of that making sure Yoi doesn't meet a certain person?"
"You mean that bastard who stole his heart?"
"You're just mad, because you know that no matter what they'll end up together."
"Like hell they will."
"Yoi will be happy with Masa, do you really wanna take his happiness away just because of your overprotective streak."
"He doesn't need romantic love, all we need is each other."
"Romantic love is as important to some people as platonic love, even if you don't understand that, which I thought you would, at least a little seeing as you said you cared enough for me -before you knew who I was- and my mom in my second life to leave to as you say 'protect' us."
That was a fair point, he had left Inko and Izuku in order to keep them safe from both heroes and any villains who'd want to get to him by taking out his family. "I guess your right, but what if that man breaks his heart in this timeline? They spent barely 6 years knowing each other and that whole time was during a war."
"Someone once told me that people show their true colors when they're faced with danger, and I've seen that happen, some civilians would try -and usually fail due to a lack of training- to help the heroes and others would just run away and hide. I've seen them even after death and though the PDA they showed was sometimes to much -mainly from Yoi- they obviously still loved each other."
"What if it's different in this universe, what if he's different?":
"Masa you mean?" The other asked and he nodded, "well, I don't think he will be, but considering we're here, I guess anything could be different."
"Yes."
"Well, even if things change in this timeline, I doubt something as important as that will change."
This was only the beginning of their adventure in the past, they were both determined to fix things, even if they disagreed on some stuff there were things they agreed on.
1. Tomura can't die this time
2. Their father has to be gone somehow.
And 3. Yoichi has to be happy and safe in this universe.
