   Summary

   In Dec 1999, Romania, Mother Miranda had ordered that all new born baby girls that year shall be collected for a "very important ritual". Only one specimen survived, but in a way that was not what Miranda intended. The newborn seemed to not have any cosmetic mutations, so she cast the newborn aside. Lady Alcinia Dimitrescu, one of the Lords of the Village, took pity for the child and offered to raise them in her care. The child was given the name Ursal. As time went on and Ursal's powers manifested, Mother Miranda found a new use for her failed experiment.
