Summary
It's the 19th century and Dani has agreed to come along with her father, Lieutenant Clayton, and Edmund, her fiancé, to the jungle of Panama in an attempt to cross the wilds as one of the first explorers. Of course, they need crew and thus Jamie, Owen and Hannah, along with Henry and Peter, join the original three in their expedition. But the secrets they discover endanger the group along with the carnivors and indigenous tribes between the trees.
The heat, the humidity and the occasional frustration are all things Dani expected. She didn't expect all else that came along with it.
