-Albus!! For the thousandth time, listen to reason! The Aftons have been in hiding for far too long. It's time to bring them back to the British wizarding world!!- Cornelius says in exasperation.
Students talked to each other about the Aftons, as it wasn't every day that someone spoke about the Afton family, or as it came to be better known, the immortal family. And for good reason...
The Aftons are a dark pure-blood family that has existed since the creation of the British magical population, they were well known for the fact that they returned after death in multiple forms, some as ghosts, others possessing dolls or other types of objects for example. Aftons are recognisable by the fact that when an Afton turns 15 they start to have a purple colour at the ends of their hair and when angry their eyes turn purple glowing with magic. Because they were considered immortal, many sought to marry into the family, which made the family decide to hide so they wouldn't be harassed anymore. Many forget some facts about this family, such as the Afton curse.
The Afton family for years had something very similar to the Black Madness, but unlike the Black Madness, the Afton curse makes one feel bloodthirsty or even psychopathic. Which makes many family members known as serial killers, terrorists, murderers, etc.
-Cornelius... don't you remember what happened the last time someone tried to summon an Afton in the British magical community?- said Dumbledore, wondering if the minister needed to be checked by a mind healer. -Understand that what you want me to help you accomplish will only bring problems and bloodshed.- he finishes saying with a sigh.
-How about if Dumbledore cast some protection wards for the ritual? So if something goes wrong, we'll at least have limited the damage to some extent. - A unspeakable said.
-While your trust in me flatters me, I wouldn't have enough power to stop an Afton if they started a massacre. It's too risky to entertain such a thought.- The Headmaster says with finality.
-It seems that we're going to have to do it without you then...- said the Minister, sighing.
The Ministry people moved to the Room of Requirement, or RoR for short, to prepare the summon. Hogwarts students being too curious found a way to sneak inside to see the unspeakable at work. Pureblood students were thinking about how to marry into the family while the muggle-raised ones were wary of learning that The Afton Family was magical. Many have seen the news on TV or heard stories about how the family died, one for one, the last one being the oldest son, Micheal Afton. That is not to say about the rumours about William Afton, more known as The Purple Guy, who has a secret sister he send away to hide and start a family of her own.
Many speculate that she too didn't survive, others say she changed her name to forget her lineage, but it's agreed that she was like an older version of Elizabeth Afton, her niece, who had red hair and emerald green eyes. Another thing that was agreed upon was that the girl's name was probably Lily since Elizabeth's middle name was chosen to honour her aunt.
Some thought that Lily Potter could be the Lost Afton, but many still couldn't imagine her with the Afton curse, she was one of the sweetest women you could ever meet in your whole life, so the theory was discarded... by most. There had been tentative to steal her son's blood to see if their theory was correct, but they always failed.
-It's ready.- one of the unspeakable announced.
-get started with it.- ordered the Minister.
They started to chant in old Latin with a mixture of Norse and greek. the magic started to become visible and swirl around the room making a show of pretty lights. In the middle of the summoning circle, six being surrounded by magic, making it impossible to see their physical appearance, appeared.
The sixth person had the height of a 15-year-old, but then he shrank to that of an 8-year-old, while a life-sized doll fell onto the ground. The magic started to dissipate around them. Four members of the family looked how they were expected, two adults looking-like, and two children, but everyone was looking at the other two...
Lily Potter and Harry Potter.
-Bastards! Do you know how long it takes to get inside that fake body, just so I can attend school?!?!- Harry Potter yelled at them, very angry, with his eyes starting to glow purple.
