    Shortly after the first rugby game of the season, Ymir confesses her love to Historia in the girl’s locker room.

    “Go out with me,” she tells her, not even sparing a glance at their audience. “Marry me.”

    Ymir is the only girl on the rugby team. Historia is the captain of the cheerleaders. They’re best friends, roommates, even more compatible than soulmates. They make a perfect movie couple except for a tiny, insignificant detail.
