It was a Monday at Eden Academy. The students were studying as usual,well,except for Anya. She instead bought herself a bag of peanuts with chocolate over them.
She wanted to get to her dorm and relax after the classes she had and eat peanuts,but she was too tired to walk up the stairs so instead she took the elevator,so she called it.
When the elevator arrived,she entered it and pressed the button that had number "6" on it because her dorm was at floor 6.
At floor 2,the elevator stopped and opened its doors. Anya couldn't believe who entered the elevator.
Damian Desmond,her crush since 1st grade. She liked him and he liked her.
Damian was blushing when he met her gaze and she did the same when her eyes met his.
They stared for a couple of minutes until Anya snapped out of her dreams.
Damian pressed the button with the number "10" on it since his dorm was at floor ten as an imperial scholar. Anya was an imperial scholar too somehow but she decided not to move her dorm upstairs because she wanted to stay with Becky.
"Forger" Damian said while looking away from Anya, blushing really hard.
"Desmond" Anya did the same.
It was an awkward silence until the elevator stopped between floors 3 and 4. Damian fell down on Anya,being on the top of her,blushing even harder than before,Anya doing the same.
"I-i-i'm sorry Forger. Here,take my hand" Damian said as he lifted up from the girl.
"Thanks,sy-on boy." Anya took his hand in return.
"So now what do we do? We're stuck here until someone shows up." Damian asked
"I don't know. Let's wait until this stupid elevator starts working again."
So they sat on the floor besides eachother. Giving eachother little stares until the other one noticed.
Some silent minutes pass until Damian asks:
"Hey,An- I mean Forger. Do you have anything to eat? I'm hungry"
"Yes,I have a bag of peanuts with me. We can share if you want." Anya responded.
Anya opened the bag and started eating peanuts while Damian looked at her with a smile on his face and blushing. Anya noticed and he returned his face to the wall quickly.
After eating half of the peanuts bag Damian was full and so was Anya.
So now they returned to the awkward silence. Doing the same as before,meaning staring at eachother while blushing.
Oh,he wanted to kiss her so bad right now but he couldn't. After all,they were just friends,right?
Wrong.
"Anya,I have something to confess to you." Damian said.
"What is it,sy-on boy?"
"Anya Forger." Damian said while lifting up from the floor "since I met you,I have always been fascinated with you. You're strong,you have courage,you're beautiful,you're funny and you're wonderful. What I want to say,is that I love you Anya. I love you more than anything else in the world. Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Damian...I...I don't know what to say right now. I love you too Damian,since 1st grade." Anya responded while lifting up from the floor and taking his hands.
"Anya,a-are you joking right now?"
"Of course not Damian. I've only told the truth." Anya responded. "Sooo,now that we're an official couple,do we kiss or?"
"I guess so"
With that said,Damian took Anya by her waist and pulled her into a kiss. Anya placed her arms around his neck.
Anya and Damian were both on cloud nine. They've been waiting for this moment their entire lives and now it finally happened.
"Mmmmm,Damian." Anya mumbled between the kisses.
After both of them felt like they were out of air,they separated. A line of saliva between them. They were breathing loud,but they didn't care. They had one another and that was the most important thing.
"Damian,wait,I just remembered that there's an emergency button in case the elevator gets stuck! Quick,press it!"
Damian pressed the button and a voice responded by saying "Hello,emergency department here. What is your problem?"
"Hello,my girlfriend and I got trapped in an elevator that got stuck between floors 3 and 4 at Eden Academy. Please bring help." Damian responded.
"Thank you for the information,young man,we will send an emergency team right now. They will arrive in about 30 minutes. Please be patient"
"Thank you!"
Damian felt so good calling Anya his girlfriend that he pulled her in another kiss,this time a gentle one. Once they finished kissing Damian gave Anya a little kiss on her cheek and Anya did the same.
They began staring at eachother again,without realizing the 30 minutes have passed and the emergency team was here.
Once they got out of the elevator and thanked the team,Damian invited Anya to his dorm wich she gladly accepted. There,they drank hot cocoa and cuddled before falling asleep in eachother's embrace.
