It's been a week since the battle, many lives were lost. From Commander Hange to the one you loved the most. Him
It felt like yesterday he was just alive but now he's gone. You missed his touch, scent, everything of him that made you feel complete.
But yet, you were still horrified watching him shoot that volunteer without mercy prior being slain days later. Seeing how Floch has fallen apart just made your heart ache, you wanted to be by his side, but knowing that wasn't the right answer to be free.
All these thoughts and memories just brought tears to your eyes as you continued to mourn your beloved before being interrupted by a knock.
"Pardon me Miss Y/N for interrupting but I was given these by Mr. Forster before his passing to you" spoke the Yeagerist holding his fixed military coat with a letter on top.
"Thank you" Thanking the man in a soft tone.
"I'll leave you be Miss"
As the door closes you place the letter to your side to unfold Floch's coat, it still had his scent. Floch would place his coat on you anytime he sees another man keening his eyes towards you anytime you two were on a date to signal you were taken.
Placing his coat around yourself as if he were embracing you before opening the letter.
"Dear Y/N
I'm sorry I had to go through this path, but I did it because I wanted a future where you could live peacefully without needing to be afraid of the outside world hurting Paradis. I want you to be free, please live a full happy life without regrets for me. I will always love you no matter.
Your fiancé, Floch Forster"
Hot tears then began to spill as you gripped onto the letter to your chest, he was truly gone.
