Dean misses his brother and sneaks away for a visit and is surprised that Sam has already managed to pack on the freshman 15 and then some. Dean loves seeing his brother happy so he isn't hard on him. He does make a comment in passing about how Sam has gained almost a pound a day since he started school and how their dad would freak, and the wheels in Sam's head start to turn...
