Work Text:
Kim loved Ché. He didn't remember exactly when his feelings towards the younger started. Maybe it was around the time he confessed to him. Maybe before, when he sang a love song to him in front of his building. All that mattered was that he finally felt... alive.
Before he could even make anything of the younger's tactics he found himself thinking about him all the time. He would get distracted from his mafia-son duties because an image of a clumsy student polluted his mind. Whenever he suffered artist block just one thought of the others cute mannerisms made him all inspired again.
He was whipped.
After Porsché confessed his true feelings to him in the studio the other day he's been thinking about him even more. He felt bad for kissing his cheek out of nowhere but also felt bad for not letting the other hold onto him as long as he wanted. He came to the studio only for a while, before having to rush back to finish his 'secret mafia' work. And also felt awkward in the younger man's presence after the unexpected rush of courage.
He felt small compared to him. Ché was still young, still free of the world's unhappiness, still... free to do anything he wanted. His shy facade made him look deceiving, because deep down Kim knew that he actually was very brave. He almost admired the younger's advances - from the first time they met when he insisted on getting his autograph, to him stealing gazes from him during their first tutor session and to the love song that he obviously wrote for him. He was adorable and Kim could feel himself getting tangled.
Ever since he saw his room, he knew that the other had feelings for him. He wasn't sure if it was just a fan obsession or actual love. But he found it cute. He started to notice all the hints that Ché was throwing at him and.. he couldn't help but fall for him too. He wanted to brush it off as a temporary squish but it seemed like the other one wasn't so easy to get rid off. He would call him at different times of day just to ask a stupid question about easy guitar chords, he would show up in the studio with no notice, he frequently brushed over his shoulder whenever he would get up after their training session. It drove Kim crazy.
It was the next morning after the clumsy confession and Kim woke up to his phone getting blasted with messages. Damn, it's just eight in the morning,, couldn't he wait a little longer? He thought to himself, grumpy that something like this had to wake him up but quickly smiled as he saw tons of deleted messages buried in nervous-expression stickers. He pushed his lips out to contain his stupid smile as he wrote back in the middle of the younger's going in and out of the 'online' status.
"Good morning, Ché (:"
He saw the others attempt at responding to the message as it would show him type and delete something over and over again. He laughed at the other cuteness and got up to go to the bathroom. Once he got woken up he couldn't go back to sleep.
He came back to see a short ":] !!!" message from the other. So cute. Kim put his hand on his face, pulling down on his cheeks to suppress the smile growing on his face. How is he like this, why is he like this?! He shook the feelings off and got out of his apartment to meet Big and try to distract himself from his current emotions.

"Hi." Kim said with a smug expression, standing outside of the Kittisawat residence. The bubbly boy in front of him was beaming and jumping in place as he opened the gate for him.
"Hi..!" He said in a high, jumpy tone, looking at the ground rather than the older. Kim lowered his head too, to hide his own smile and when he pulled his head back up he saw the younger man stand right in front of him, staring at his face. He raised his brows in shock and snorted, unable to control his laughter as Ché threw his arms around his neck and pulled him into a choking hug. It was the first time they saw each other after their first 'kiss' and hug but the younger one was still as excited as before.
Kim sighed as he squeezed Porsché's arms and forced him away from himself. The other gave him a goofy smile before turning around and making him follow him to the house. They took their shoes at the entrance and Ché instructed him to sit at the sofa. On the coffee table in front laid various books, empty snack packets and a few half-empty mugs with what seemed like either coke or tea. Ché didn't look like the type of person to like the bitter taste of coffee.
Kim giggled at how frantic the other's moves were when he noticed the mess in front of them and tried to pick everything up. He stood up from the sofa and placed his hand on the crisp packet that the other was hovering over. Their hands touched and Kim could see the younger's body shake a little. Their eyes met and Kim sent him a reassuring smile.
"Come on, I'll help you." Porsché's legs nearly gave up on him as he heard the older say the words with such care. He smiled brightly and lowered his head before enthusiastically nodding and giggling at the proposition. Cute.

Ché was sitting at the dining table, his gaze fixed on the screen of his laptop, periodically glancing at his notebooks. His friends reminded him of the homework being due at midnight and sent him into a mess. He was super guilty and apologised over and over to Kim for having to ignore him for a while but he assured him that he could wait.
"I'm just.. I don't want you to feel bored while I work on this.."
"Don't worry. I could never get bored in your presence." Just looking at you is fine, he wanted to add but couldn't bring himself to it. He wasn't as brave as the younger one.
Now, he was sitting on the sofa, mindlessly looking through his phone and waiting for the other to finish his school work. All of his struggles made Kim feel happy that he didn't need to do that anymore. He offered to help him but Ché refused, saying that with his help he wouldn't be able to focus and wouldn't actually learn anything. Kim snickered at the thought of their previous conversation and shook his head.
A comfortable silence stayed in the room, the only sounds being Porsché's aggressive tapping and his occasional awkward, self-deprecating jokes. Kim got too bored of checking his dry Instagram feed and changed up his position so that he could glance at the other. He was fully immersed into his work, not even smiling or looking anywhere for distractions. Kim admired how serious Ché was about school, because he never was that type of student. He barely showed up in highschool and attended only the classes that he deemed important during his university days. Porsché was completely different. He seemed consumed by the work, as if trying to make all out of his older brother's effort to give him the best education he could get.
Kim was now absent-staring at the other's focused face, smiling to himself. The younger groaned and stretched his neck with a grimace on his face, getting Kim's attention and bringing him back to earth. He got up and slowly approached the other, standing behind him. Ché was too fixated at the text in front of him to even care to notice the older changing positions, and didn't even realise it when he felt a pleasant release on his back. He took a deep breath and relaxed in his chair, still working hard.
Kim glanced at the screen as he was delicately massaging his nape and immediately felt dizzy from the amount of scientific language. Is this really high school homework?! It looked so complicated that it could get confused with an actual expert paper. He shuddered and raised his eyebrow in doubt about whether he was right about Porsché's level of education. He kept massaging, as the boy under his hands was moving his neck, guiding his fingers to the most stiff parts of his strained back. He would occasionally make little noises at the pleasant squeezes sending butterflies straight to Kim's stomach.
He seemed oblivious to the presence of the older as he nearly jumped when he realised that the nice thing he was rubbing his head onto was not his own shoulder but rather Kim's hand. He immediately placed his hands on the older's ones and glanced at him, drowning in his own awkward laughter. His heart fluttered as he found himself lost in the others eyes. He parted his lips as if he wanted to say something but nothing other than giggles found its way out.
He raised his eyebrows before closing his eyes and puckering out his lips as he saw the other lower his head to him.
He waited.. before hearing a laugh and feeling the older's nose rubbing against his own. He opened his eyes only after he heard him sit right next to him. He looked at Kim, who was sitting with his head resting on his hand, staring at him with a smile. He felt warmth cover his face and grinned before fixing his eyes back onto the computer screen. He could feel the other's gaze burn through him like a strong laser and it was distracting him a little but he managed to get back to writing his essay.

He let out a big sigh as he finally clicked the 'send' button, finishing up his work for tonight. He looked up at the ceiling and covered his face with his hands. He was so embarrassed. He completely forgot about the assignment and mindlessly invited the other over. And they couldn't even do anything together! Maybe Ché was a bit too excited about the things that could happen between them but he couldn't control his thoughts. Ever since he finally made his mind up and decided to confess his feelings to him, he was on cloud nine.
He daydreamed about his idol WIK noticing him in the crowd and falling in love with him a lot before but actually getting to say "I like you" to his face was nothing like he imagined. And he was even more surprised when the other kissed him on the cheek. His heart felt like it could explode any moment, even now as he was just thinking about it. He put his hand on his cheek, pressing on the exact place that was touched by Kim's precious lips and silently screamed to himself, stomping his feet and wiggling in his chair. He was like this the entire night afterwards, and at school, and later at home, when he was waiting for the older to come. He couldn't believe how lucky he was to not get rejected by his lifelong crush.
He straightened his back and stretched his arms in front of him as he noticed the figure laying on the table next to him. Kim's head was propped on his crossed arms, facing him. Ché couldn't help but grin so hard he could barely see anything other than his cheeks. He covered his face with his hands and screamed out of excitement. He peeked from in-between his fingers before covering his eyes again and continuing to freak out over the situation he was in.
As he calmed down a little, he put his hands down on his thighs, taking a deep breath before exhaling with a silly smile. He laid his head on the table and pulled out his hand to play with the other's hair as it was covering his eyes now. He covered his mouth, with his free hand, suppressing his giggle, before dropping both of them and just staring at Kim's peaceful, sleeping face. He played with his fingers nervously on his lap and silently laughed to himself before turning his head to face the table a little, in desperate need of the cold touch of the wood to bring him back to reality.
"I love you." He heard and moved his head back to face the older with a shocked expression. The man that was seemingly sleeping just seconds before was now looking fondly back at him and smiling. Porsché couldn't contain his emotions and buried his face in the crook of the older's neck. Kim laughed slightly and put his hands on Ché's back, stroking it reassuringly.
Realization suddenly struck the younger as he recalled what he just heard. 'I love you' repeated in his head over and over again and he shook his head excitedly, pushing it even more into the other, inhaling his beautiful scent.
'I love you too' he thought but couldn't say as he felt the wrath of his whole day suddenly fall onto him and got too tired to even open his eyes anymore.
He dozed off, a big smile on his face, in the arms of the man he loved the most. With the knowledge that he loved him just as much.
