He’s just finished stirring all the vegetables into the soup when he feels Ogata hugging him from behind. It startles him, just a little bit – his brother’s always had the habit of sneaking up on him when least expected
“Ah, you woke up?” Yuusaku hums, breathing in the delicious scent of the soup. It’ll smell even better when he stirs in the miso paste later, he’s sure.
Ogata nods, forehead pressed against Yuusaku’s shoulder blades.
“Mom...” Ogata whispers very softly. Yuusaku’s eyes widen. “Mom, are we having anglerfish nabe again?”Ogata has some... peculiar fever hallucinations. Yuusaku goes along with it.
