    Hen keeps telling him that Buck is just oblivious to what’s going on between them, but after tonight he’s not so sure.

    If Buck was oblivious he would have already asked Eddie to dance, because he’s danced with all their other friends tonight and hasn’t asked Eddie to dance once. There’s no way they’ve made it to almost midnight and Buck hasn’t begged Eddie to dance if he’s still thinking of them as "just friends".
