"So, have you ever witnessed the Olympics?" Marinette asked kwamis one day.
"Of course we have!" Trixx was the first to answer.
"We watched the very first Olympics," Fluff added. "There weren't that many rules and a lot of controversial moments were solved by power. But with time it was getting better and better."
"To be fair, their favorite sport was pankration," Wayzz noticed. "Rather violent thing, in my opinion."
"The fight was always a part of the Olympics," Tikki reasoned. "You just couldn't get rid of it."
"Hey guys," Marinette suddenly clapped loudly, making all the kwamis shift a little in their places. "How about we make a tournament for you? And the winner will wear a special belt?"
"Oh, what is this tournament gonna be?" Kwamis asked in chorus.
"We're going to find out the champion in the lightest category of wrestling."
---
A week later, Marinette was standing above the ring, staring at kwamis who were preparing themselves for the upcoming tournament. Wayzz excused himself from it, saying that he would rather judge than be in the middle of the brawl. Other kwamis took the idea with an enthusiasm, training to move around without flying or hovering - since it was banned by the rules - training their fight styles (of course, they were banned from using their powers, nobody needed another thing like a black hole in the middle of Paris).
When the day came, Marinette took the hairbrush, pretending it to be a microphone, and announced.
"Ladies, gentlemen and kwamis! Welcome to the First Ever Kwami Wrestling Tournament! Today 16 competitors will decide who is the best in wrestling for the prize of a year's stash of their favorite food and for the title of the lightest wrestling champion! The judges for the fights will be Wayzz and me, Marinette Dupain-Cheng. Earlier we had a sorting to decide the pairs for our double-elimination brackets! Wayzz, as a creator of this idea, can you please explain what it means?"
"Of course, The Guardian," Wayzz bowed a little to her before turning his attention to other kwamis. "The double-elimination tournament means that even if you lose for the first time, you'd still have a chance for another fight but if you lose for the second time, you're eliminated from the tournament and can't win the Grand Prize. The pairs were generated randomly, so we don't have any prejudices. You know the rules, if you break them, we will disqualify you. Now, let's get into the rumble! The first pair we have is... Drum roll, please... The first pair is... Orikko versus Duusu!"
"The contestants are entering the ring, it's going to be an interesting battle! The judge is ringing the bell and Orikko immediately starts to push Duusu, trying to take over in a rush..."

"Where have you been the whole day?!" Adrien asked Plagg with relief. "I was really worried!"
"I was trying to win a one year stash of cheese!" Plagg cried loudly, landing sadly on Adrien's shoulder.
"Did you win?" And he needed to know if his kwami tried to rob the cheese factory again.
"No! I got to the finals and lost to that mouse! Now all my possible cheese stash goes not to me but to Mullo of all kwamis! I'm sad!"
Adrien was confused to see his kwami sad so he decided to cheer him up with another Camembert slice. If he made it to the kitchens, though, because Nathalie heard all of the chief's complaining about missing food, the trip to the kitchen in the middle of the night was slowly turning into a deathly challenge with invisible traps, alarm systems and something really scary.
