“How about we make a compromise?” Chan proposes as he’s taking out his wallet. Felix listens intently. “How about I give it a go and see what I can do? If we can’t get Mr. Pink Kitty with this five-dollar bill, we’ll have to give up, okay?” Felix agrees easily. He hopes that Chan is better at it than him. If the plethora of coins he’s lost to the machine are anything to go by, he clearly lacks the skill.
