Summary
When Colin returns from seeing Marina during the Aubrey Hall visit, he’s desperate to avoid the ball. Sneaking back to his room with a decanter of brandy, he runs into Penelope. He impulsively invites her inside, and despite trying to show restraint, they end up in bed together.
