Jason doesn’t say anything, not while Grayson’s hand is still under his chin, and a thumb strokes across his lower lip. He holds his gaze, and hopes it doesn’t waver.
“But I think it’s always good to remind you of your place here.” Grayson’s smile turns marginally sharper. “You’re new, after all.”
When Jason is invited to join Captain Grayson’s crew, he knows it’s a bad idea, but you don’t say ‘no’ to those kinds of people. So he packs his things and heads to the Titan, and tells himself he can make it. But between Captain Grayson's sharp sadism and Engineer Harper's unsatiable hunger, he might be in over his head.
