   Summary

   Kyojuro was bewildered by how fucking good it felt. How heady the feeling was of watching Akaza poke at his ruined eye in disbelief, smiling all the while. How relief flooded his system the second his fist connected with Akaza's face. The thought of continuing this fight, of snapping the demon's neck, crushing his internal organs, slicing off his limbs, was like a balm for Kyojuro's weary soul.
