Summary
Today was another boring, standard mission in the peace after the second war. It was not supposed to be a chaotic mission. A quirk manifestation gone wild was not supposed to happen in the middle of Fukuoka on a crowded festival day. The heroes' presence was all preventative. Even villains wanted to enjoy the holiday in peace. So of course, it all went wrong.
Hawks gets hit with a quirk and goes feral. With the effects of the new quirk unknown, it's a race against the clock to find the Number Two Hero before he hurts himself or others.
Endeavor does his best to track down the Wing Hero, keeping his worries and his feelings for Hawks under wraps. But when he can't find his bird, and returns home in defeat, an even bigger surprise awaits him.
What has become of Hawks? And what will become of Endeavor now that Hawks has him in his clutches.
