Summary
Shoto's family was murdered in front of him as a child...by a demon. The crazed demon--Dark, long hair with red streaks-- looked at him and smiled at his pain. Now, as an adult, Shoto vows to kill all demons with the exception of one, The Killer Demon, who he swears to torture until the end of time. But even when he takes one step closer, it seems he takes 10 steps back as not only is the demon covering up his tracks and avoiding Shoto's efforts to find him, the NCPD(Nijisanji City Police Department) has blurry black and white photos in his Concealers Cloak, blaming him for the ongoing deaths of civilians.
What was pictures only the Police Department had, has become theories of his identity, News articles and topics, files handed over to the best case solver-- Detective Mysta.
Not only is he targeted by the Detective and forces, it only took a few murder attempts to realize he is being targeted by an higher-power. Shoto, someone who always worked alone, has finally had the guts to form his own team. To push all deadweight to the side and accomplish his ultimate goal.
