   She breathed in the crisp air that promised autumn soon. Her one hundred and eighteenth birthday would be soon, though physically she was perhaps two weeks past seventeen. Not that it really mattered-- did people still have calendars? Did the passage of time matter anymore, when there were no meetings or festivals or taxes to schedule?
   Zelda sat on the edge of the tower. Link sat beside her, and she knew he felt the same for this land as she did-- love and nostalgia and excitement. There was so much to explore and re-explore and see.
