   Ajax paused for a moment as if weighing his options before tentatively nodding. “Yes, It would be much more comfortable I think.”

   “Why?” Diluc asked, wanting to know more - that answer wasn’t satisfactory. Not yet.

   “Because… I…” Ajax mumbled, fidgeting once more as he visibly became unsure of what to say or do with himself. Diluc stared at him, not allowing him to escape the question by continuing to talk, or allowing him to change the subject. He waited for his answer. “There’s… it’s more private inside the room, and…” Ajax trailed off, wringing his hands as a gentle heat set over his cheeks.

   “What, is this still about protecting me?” Diluc groaned in irritation, rolling his eyes as he frowned off to the side.

   “Well… partially.” Ajax whispered at the end.
