In this AU, the Witch Plague devastated the United States several decades ago and decimated the witch population. Witches with wombs have been removed from the battlefield and are now doing their duty to repopulate witch kind, and the army itself. You are Tally Craven, a witch who has been raised in a Matrifocal compound in Norcal. Your family was blessed with fertility and so your mother received a dispensation for you, so you didn't have to become a breeder for the cause. But you always desired a family, to have children, and so you went against her wishes and showed up to Fort Salem where you become the breeding mate of the General herself.
