[NOTICE: Citizens of Dundee are advised to read this as no more than the ramblings of a madman, for everyone knows that the dark sorcerer is sufficiently imprisoned and guarded by the Knights of Crail, for Dundee still stands.]
[Instructions to the courier]
With direct and hasty delivery to His Majesty, King Angus McFife X, for the safety and glory of Dundee.

Your Majesty,
I have been investigating the rumors of recently leaked English intelligence reports, as you had personally requested of me, and I have discovered news so troubling as worth breaking my cover for. To speak plainly, I believe that the Dark Wizard may have escaped his eternal prison in secret and settled somewhere beyond our borders in [REDACTED], recovering and gathering his armies of undead in preparation to some day strike our wonderful kingdom once more.
This intelligence comes from an individual named [REDACTED], who had released a heavily edited and redacted warning to the people of our southern neighbor in the form of a novel named [REDACTED], presented as a fictional story without a stable or reliable narrator. When read as the report it likely was originally, the contents are most troubling, especially the letter fragments from undercover English intelligence agent [REDACTED], which detail the man’s experiences and imprisonment in Castle [REDACTED] after going there under the ruse of selling a property to [REDACTED].
[REDACTED]’s power over the dead and other foul beasts of the night (undead wolves of terror are featured quite prominently in the reports), as well as the described feats of magic and superhuman ability, are all too similar to the stories of the epic battle of Your Honored Ancestor, Your Majesty. This leads me to believe that the Dark Wizard imprisoned on Triton is no wizard at all anymore, but is instead a decoy in place of the true Dark Wizard, who had escaped and now commands the powers of death and the night under the new name of [REDACTED].
Despite being presented as fiction, the edited English reports had done well in gathering public fear of [REDACTED] in England and creating proper public vigilance of the place and its vile creatures of the night. I recommend that the English work [REDACTED] is published within Your borders immediately in hopes of creating the same effect, as You undoubtedly choose to gather and prepare the Forces as soon as this letter reaches Your hands.
I pray to the Starlords that [REDACTED]’s efforts, as outlined in the report, were successful in at least slowing down [REDACTED]'s dark machinations – for I doubt [REDACTED] had been able to destroy the Evil Sorcerer permanently with something as simple as simple as a wooden stake. If we are fortunate, it will buy You enough time to prepare for a potential and likely direct assault on the Kingdom.
Reporting for the Glory of Dundee and the safety of its Kingdom and Citizens,
[REDACTED]
