What Kiyoomi didn’t say was how much of an effect Atsumu had on him. Kiyoomi kept gravitating towards Atsumu. He was a safe space. Kiyoomi could be in whatever foul mood the day had gifted him, but as soon as he was with Atsumu the negativity would wash away. He was a beacon of light in his otherwise overcast days. And it was effortless. Before Atsumu, Kiyoomi would be very disturbed to find his days thrown off plan due to something out of his control. But one day, Atsumu just showed up in his life, and continued to show up. Most days, it wouldn’t be until hours had passed that Kiyoomi would realise his daily routine had had a wrench thrown into it. That being said, Kiyoomi didn’t mind one bit, he still managed everything, just with Atsumu by his side. He was a piece that fit right into Kiyoomi’s complicated — yet very straightforward — life.
