Work Text:
An arm snakes out and grabs him. He glances around quickly but he doesn’t resist being pulled into the alley. Then he’s pushed against the wall and pinned.
The shorter man smirks at him and he looks away. The man pouts and leans harder against him. “Fiiiiinan!” He says, stringing out his name in an obscene moan.
“Uhtred.” He says, a warning tone in his voice.
Uhtred tilts his head to the side and leans harder against him. “Admit it, Fin.” He says, touching his lips to the taller man’s neck just below his beard. “You want me.”
Finan stiffens and clears his throat. “Uhtred.”
“Give in, Fin. I know you do.”
“Uhtred!”
Uhtred sighs and pulls away, shaking his head. “Fuck, Fin! I know you! I know us!” He says, a pleading tone in his voice. “I distinctly remember you not being able to keep your hands off me when we were on the ship! And I remember everything you promised to do to me when we were free from that wretched floating grave. And you’ve not made good on a single promise!”
Finan clenches his jaw and doesn’t say anything. He keeps his gaze away from the man pawing at him but he doesn’t push away or leave. He can, if he really wants to. But he finds he can’t move or push Uhtred away.
“Fin!” Uhtred snaps. “Look at me! Give me a reason!” Finan grunts and grudgingly looks at him. Then his eyes flit over the Lord’s shoulder to his shadow. Sihtric leans against the wall opposite of them, just watching in curious silence. Uhtred frowns and glances back at Sihtric. The boy shrugs and Uhtred turns back to Finan. “That’s not a reason!”
Finan leans closer. “He’s yer mate!” He hisses.
“So?” Uhtred counters. “He was my mate when I was on the ship. I told you about him the second we met! That didn’t stop you!”
Finan swallows and looks away again. “He… he wasn’t standing there, watching me.”
Uhtred smirks and leans against him again. “Don’t like an audience, sweetheart?” Finan clenches his jaw again and doesn’t answer and Uhtred breathes out a laugh. “Or… would you like him to join us?” Finan’s eyes snap to Uhtred first and then he looks over at Sihtric. The boy smiles and licks his lips slowly. Finan lets out a low growl and Uhtred giggles. “I think that’s a yes, boy. Come here.”
Sihtric eases off the wall but he doesn’t move. He hesitates still and tilts his head. “That’s not a yes, Uhtred.”
Uhtred frowns and glances back at him. “Well… it’s not a no!”
Sihtric shrugs and crosses his arms. “I need a yes. Or I’ll leave you two alone.” His gaze flits to Finan. “Either way, I don’t mind, Fin… Finan.” He corrects quickly, not knowing if he’s allowed to use the man’s nickname. “I’ll share him with you. And…” He pauses and swallows. “I’d uh… I’d share you with him.” He adds softly.
Uhtred shakes his head and narrows his gaze. “Boy! You aren’t leaving!”
“Uhtred!” Sihtric snaps and glares at him. “You will not dictate what he wants! You will let him answer!”
Uhtred scowls but he nods. “Fine.” He mumbles.
“Back off him!” Sihtric commands. “Give him a moment. Or if he needs, I will grab you and drag you away and we will both leave and give him more time.”
Uhtred lets out a whine and turns. He crosses his arms and sulks but he nods and moves away.
Finan watches both, listening to their words. He waits until they are done and he’s glad for the space for a moment, to collect his thoughts. “I would be lying if I said I wasn’t interested… I looked at ye the moment we met…”
Sihtric smiles and tilts his head. “I noticed you as well.”
Finan clears his throat and looks away. “I can have both of you?” He asks softly.
Sihtric nods. “Yes. If you say yes.”
“Yes.”
