Short ando sweet 'cause I needed it

Work Text:

The brush of cool lips, more subtle than the breeze off freshly wet plants, was present on his.
The texture, so subtly perceptible, had the effect of the kiss of life, awakening him from the deepest sleep he had had in those 10 years, so plagued by nightmares that he had forgotten what it was like to sleep without interruptions or disturbing dreams that would keep him awake for the rest of the night.
That peculiar chill spread to his arms, which he felt being pushed back slightly. Not in the way someone's hands do, but as a strong wind would do.
"Obi-Wan, you must rest" the serene voice of his master made him open his eyes, running into that smile he had missed so much.
"I think I've already done that, for the first time in a long time" and although the idea of recovering those sleepless nights was tempting, he didn't want to delay his meditation plans to which he had destined that retreat. Still less did he want to waste the time when he could see Qui-Gon.

Qui-Gon understood that there was no way to fight against the dedication of the one who was once his padawan. After so many years and so many events he had lived through, he had simply become sharper.
"As for the...kiss..." Obi-wan's voice crawled through his throat until it came out through his lips in a much softer, almost shy way. Something that Jinn had missed greatly in all those years where Kenobi could not see him.

"A way to remember other times, different and pleasant ones" and now, Obi-Wan watched his master's ethereal hand gently shake his hair. Again, that soft breeze made his skin bristle. Definitely something very particular but not unpleasant at all. Even less so being such a longed-for contact.
"Please, master, don't stop remembering" and the feeling that flooded his young person, so many yesterdays ago, that of inexperience, nervousness and warmth, flooded his chest. For no matter how many experiences he had lived through, there would always be room for the love, devotion and tenderness he felt for his master.

And Qui-gon, though now joined to The Force, had not ceased to reciprocate.
