Summary
Jinyoung had been steadily going through Yugyeom’s posts— all the dance videos especially— this morning on his day off, catching up on everything he’d missed. Everything he couldn’t see, even when they’d all been together just last year. Jinyoung had been blind to Yugyeom’s growth, and blind to his steadfast affection. GOT7’s comeback had been able to bring them together again and they’d been able to have so many open (embarrassing) conversations about their insecurity and depression regarding their performances and even their relationship with each other.
But their Navar interview had been the first time Yugyeom had spoken about his conception for his lyrics… sounding like an unrequited romantic relationship.
So now Jinyoung was standing here, in Yugyeom’s apartment with all of these unspoken feelings and a confession choking his chest, but all he could manage to say was, “Lemme show you how much I liked your dance.”
