I wonder where my coat went…
Fyodor searched everywhere around the room but his black coat was nowhere to be found. He wondered if he left it at the Decay of Angels headquarters, he swore he was wearing it when he came back home last night.
He would have to hurry as well because he had places to be expected at.
Walking into the bathroom once again and he looked around. No luck, of course.
He checked it at least 5 times before searching in the living room, of course it wouldn't be there.
The only place it could be was…
A small sigh escaped from his lips, realising where his coat was.
He approached his bedroom door. Twisting the doorknob and opening the door, as he expected, he had found his coat. His coat was held captive by the arms of a certain Port Mafia executive.
His nose pressed against the woollen collar and breathed in softly the scent, peacefully asleep and wrapped in the covers.
Fyodor let out another sigh.
“Aren’t you adorable, solnyshko?”
Chuuya twitched a little in response and groaned.
Fyodor sat on the edge of the bed. “I almost feel bad for waking you up,” he said quietly and played with a strand of his ginger hair.
“Go… away…” He heard the redhead murmur under his breath.
“I will once you give me back my coat, solnyshko. Now, won’t you?”
Chuuya instead pulled his coat closer to his chest, “No. The coat stays.”
A small smile crept up on Fyodor’s lips and he leaned closer to his ear, “Please? Chuuya?”
He watched as his ear slowly reddened, burying his face deeper into the wool and avoiding the Russian’s gaze.
Chuuya mumbled something but Fyodor wasn’t able to catch what he said.
“What was that, solnyshko?”
“—Will you be back soon…?” Chuuya asked again.
Fyodor found himself lost in words for a few seconds.
He was far too cute today.
He gently kissed his head and whispered back, “Of course I will. I always come back.”
“Good. Have a good day,” he replied, turning his back away from him and taking his coat along with him.
Chuuya managed to hold his coat even tighter than before.
“Why must you have my coat, dorogoy?” Fyodor asked.
Chuuya didn’t make any sort of eye contact with him, “Because Fedya is leaving me.”
“I won’t be gone for long.”
“Nope. The coat is staying with me.”
“Chuuya—”
The redhead turned his head to him with a small pout on his lips. “You’ll let me… have for today… right… Fedya?”
Fyodor flinched at the arrow that managed to stab straight through his heart.
How was he supposed to say no to that?

The Russian shivered under the cool afternoon breeze blowing through the window, finding it hard to do anything with the irritating wind finding its way inside.
“Did something happen to your coat, Dos-kun?” Nikolai asked, only now noticing that Fyodor wasn’t wearing his coat today. “You usually don’t forget it.”
Ignoring his constant shivering, he shakily replied with, “I was… feeling warm today.”
Nikolai could say otherwise but went along with it.
“Really? That’s a first."
