He would just study the strawberries on display. They all looked fresh as many people picked up the best strawberry packet. He does the same once the aisle was lessened with people.
"I never even asked if senpai likes strawberries." Miyano would shrug it off. Putting it down on a basket he was carrying.
Just buying some things for the day. Especially a hot July day. What's more rousing for the short male was meeting up with his boyfriend in the hour. Thinking about it, he shook it off. Grabbing the few things that was on his list at the supermarket.
All was done. As he sighs with relieve. Joining a short line as two or three people were ahead of him. Setting the basket between his legs he would look at his phone.
No calls. Just two unread texts.
"I'm guessing it's Shuumei-senpai."
How right of him too. Unlocking his phone skimming what the older man has left him.
'So much emotions stirring inside of me, Myaa. I can't wait to see you soon!'
He would just chuckle while reading the second text Sasaki has left him.
'I don't mean to be a bother! Once you're here I'll be holding you in my arms.'
That text just has the cute short male sighing. He puts his phone back in his pocket as the line moves along.
"Oh. I'm next already."
The hour passes along. As Miyano comes out of the train. As usual, he would meet up with Sasaki at his stop. Getting off the train as many people bustles towards the elevator, stairs, or escalator.
A few steps he goes forth till he hears a familiar voice.
"Myaa! I'm over here."
Sasaki calls out running to him. Just as he's about to say something a huge arm embraces him. His heart thumping by the sudden embrace. A sweet embrace by his boyfriend.
"I was about to call or text you."
"You didn't need to, I'm right here." He rose his arms above his head.
"So need help with those bags?"
"It's not much though, senpai."
"I'd like to since you came all the way here to hang out with me."
How right his older boyfriend was. Giving him a bag. Just carrying two bags wasn't much. Though he wouldn't dispute his boyfriend about it.
Arriving at Sasaki's family's bakery he greets his parents.
"Hello. Thank you for having me here."
Miyano bows to them both. As for Shuumei's older sister. She wasn't even around that afternoon.
"Where's your sister, Shuumei-senpai?"
"She's not here as of now. Though she could be tonight."
Already understanding he would show him what he brought along.
"You went all out with food."
"I wanted to get us something tasty."
"Like ice cream. And it reads a wasabi flavor. Not for my taste."
"That's for me, I'll be leaving it in the freezer until I leave later."
"Sure."
Sasaki would put the small container in the freezer. He opens the door quickly as he would close it due to the coldness. "What else did you get?" He turns to face his younger boyfriend.
"Before we rummage through the rest of the bag," He opens the bag he carried with him. "I bought strawberries. Do you like them by any chance?"
Sasaki thought about it. Taking the packet as he opens it. Looking up to Miyano and back at it he right away washes the delicious tasting red fruit.
"It's been a while I've eaten any, " Grabbing for a plate as he puts some on it. "I ate a strawberry short cake just a few days ago."
Miyano doesn't say a word. All he does is nod his head. Sitting down closely to his boyfriend who joins him too. Nothing said between them as Sasaki grabs for a strawberry. The observant one Miyano lets out small giggles.
"What's so funny?"
He shook his head continuing to titter. How cute and adorable his boyfriend was just enjoying a few strawberries.
"You should take it easy, Shuumei. Don't choke on me now." He pats his back gently.
He'd cough twice as he lets out a sigh. A relief for Miyano as they gazed upon one another.
"These are real tasty!"
"Hmm aren't fruits suppose to be?"
"Yes. You're right, " Kissing his boyfriends' cheeks. "Thanks for these, Myaa."
He nods while giving him a huge pleasurable grin. As his boyfriend continued to enjoy more of the red full strawberry he gets right up. Though was pulled back onto his lap.
"Where are you off to?"
"I was going to show you what else I bought."
"Let me finish these first."
he winks grabbing for his unsure fourth or fifth strawberry. Not saying anything as he opens his mouth letting out a yawn. From there, Sasaki places a strawberry in his opened mouth.
Miyano gasps as his face reddens with the small fruit inside his mouth. Quickly he would munch on it looking at the older boy with a bit of irritation. "You shouldn't had done that!"
"I just wanted you to eat one with me."
"...okay... but still should have asked me if I wanted one or not..."
He chews up small bits of it till he took out the top part of it. That isn't supposed to be eating. Flicking it in Sasaki's face as he happily grinned.
"Take that." Miyano winks playfully.
"You're a bad seed."
Again nothing is said, just happy smiles between the pair. Before going on to what they'll do next a kiss was shared among each other. The sweet tasting strawberry kiss had their hearts thumping and lingering for each other.
