"Georgie."
"Karl?" Huffing, Karl sat down in front of George, gently holding his cheek in one hand to guide him to look up from his phone.
"Take me somewhere," Karl says seriously.
George scoffs and turns back to look at his phone when Karl snatches it away.
"Come on, love! Take me to one of those ice rinks! We'll have an amazing time."
"Do you even know how to ice-skate?"
"No, but I'll have you!"
"Yes, hold on to me and you won't fall. Unless," George smirks, "I trip and we both fall." Karl rolls his eyes and gives him a peck.
"Come on loser, we're going skating!"

“Honey, I’ve seen you fall on your face twenty times now.”
“This wouldn’t happen if you showed me how to do this! Help me,” Karl cast him pleading eyes. George sighed. He knew he couldn’t deny the adorable brunet. He had to help his boyfriend.
“Okay, here. Hold on.”
Even after twenty minutes, Karl couldn’t keep up skating by himself. He still clung on George as if his life depends on it. Which it kind of did. George was absolutely enamored still. He found it adorable.
After a while, both got tired of the cold and skating, or falling for Karl’s bit. They decided to get a hot chocolate. While Karl did that, George looked at the skating rink again. He gazed at couples and families spending time with each other, laughing and loving. He chuckled at how some of the five-year-olds were better at skating that Karl, but he chose not to mention it to the man as he came back balancing two mugs and a blanket. George quickly helped him.
“They only had one! Here is your hot chocolate. Share the blanket.” Karl said in one-go and settled next to George. Hugging close, sharing a blanket, they did nothing but gaze at the scene, sip their hot chocolate and enjoy each other’s company.
"Do you think if I had ice powers, it would be easy to ice skate?"
"What-? No!"
