There won’t be any doubt who owns her, he tells himself, with a shock of heat spiking through him—not for days, perhaps even a week. Every time she sits down, or disrobes, or shifts and winces and remembers just how many sore spots he managed to give her in a single session, she will think of him, and she will reflect on this sacred time where they both agreed, with perfect love and understanding, to allow his darker side off its tightly-braided lead, to let all of him run free.
And she, receiving the fury of his unbridled devotion, has allowed herself to scream and cry and yelp, to scratch and bite and kick, to bray and keen if she has to, to do whatever it is he drives her to, without worrying that she might hurt him or—worse, so much worse—put him off for fear of hurting her.
“I know you never would,” she had said. And she had kissed him, and not gently. There had been more teeth than tongue in that one.
