Summary
Steve and Billy get into another fight, this time they were caught by sheriffs on patrol. Both go in for questioning and of course it's the Chief, Jim Hopper, who is there to assess and warn them. He gives the two troubled teens advice as well as a threat that makes them come together for a real discussion.
