They were once happy. They were once in love. They were once happily married.

Yet Norman tried to escape in the worst possible way and that was by seeking solace in another woman’s arms.
In the end they were both broken and Emma knew it, and so she decided to become braver for both of them by asking for a divorce.
Yet little did she know that there was no saving oneself once you begin drowning in despair. In the end she will know that her husband’s heart had become far twisted over the passing years. In the end only obsession and lust remained as they continued drowning together in an endless abyss.
