Childe tries to speak, but his words come out garbled. Blood pours from his mouth with every vibration of his vocal cords.
“This look fits you much better, Tartaglia” Pierro taunts him, silently enjoying the way the ocean blue eyes are a storm of anger, pain, frustration, and the slightest tint of fear. A sick part of Pierro wants to walk over and force the pretty eyes from their sockets, so he can place them on display. But, Pierro figures it would be better to leave that bad habit to Dottore. Though, as Pierro looks at Childe and sees the anger burning in his eyes, he can’t but wonder how nice it would be for the younger man to be put on display forever.
