Grian quietly climbed up onto the couch, plopping himself next to Taurtis. He frowned, leaning into his friend.
"What's up Gri?" Taurtis looked over at Grian, who was hugging himself with a sad look on his face.
Grian just shook his head, pouting and letting out a low whine, leaning over and resting his head against Taurtis's arm.
"Grian? Can you talk to me buddy?" Grian just shook his head.
He felt like the energy was sucked out of him with a straw. His head was very muddy and heavy, with barely any thoughts running through his mind.
Taurtis pulled Grian into a hug, rubbing his back. "Does your tummy hurt?" Grian nodded into Taurtis's shoulder, humming quietly.
Taurtis thought for a moment gently moving Grian off of him, standing up and clasping his hands together. "How about we watch a movie?"
Grian smiled at that, and Taurtis grinned before running off, calling out something about "being right back."
Taurtis came back with his arms full. He sat down on the couch and let everything fall into his lap. Grian looked over, curiously.
He noticed something familiar and snatched it off of Taurtis' lap, his face flushing as he covered it with his hands.
"Gri, I bought you that for a reason. You don't need to be embarrassed about it." Grian frowned, moving his hands and staring at the red pacifier in his lap.
Grian hummed before nodding slightly, slipping the pacifier in his mouth and leaning against Taurtis.
Taurtis smiled and ruffled Grian's hair, picking up the remote and looking for a movie to put on.
