   Lena awoke to a deafening ringing, and as she tried to sit up, she drove her face through the surprisingly soft ceiling. She quickly pushed down and sent herself plunging into her bed, breaking it cleanly in half. “What the fuck” she said, standing up and trying to grab onto her night table but crumbling it in between her fingers and palm. It was finally happening; her soulmate had arrived in Eternity, and Lena had acquired their powers. Lena tried to calm down as her excitement rose. She had been in Eternity for the past 7,721 days waiting for them, and they were finally here.
