Summary
Sirius Black was only a Black in name now, in all other aspects a member of the Noble House of Potter, having been adopted by the leaders of the house. Now the brothers in all but blood slept soundly, faint smiles playing on their lips. Neither of them had any idea of the ripples that Sirius Black’s decision to leave his family had caused in the magical world, nor of the consequences. Neither of them knew that at that very moment a marriage contract was being written between Regulus Black and Nyx Malfoy. Maybe it was a good thing, but life without consequences can never last for long.
In mere days, the families of the Light would be reeling with yet another marriage between two Noble and Most Ancient houses of the Dark faction. All because Sirius Black ran away from home, and every action needed a more powerful reaction. It was the way of revenge, after all. Many could only wonder what another Malfoy would bring to Hogwarts. Others could only hope for a wedding invitation.
