Mischief always felt funny being around the pack, sure the pack loved him, but even then he didn't trust them enough with who he really was. They have never seen his true form, or even his true parents. Jack and Sally wanting their son to have a good education, asked the sheriff in Beacon hills to take care of him during the school year up until he graduates, starting at 6th grade. He said yes of course, after losing his wife he felt this would help him take care of himself more, and it did.
6th grade wasn't the easiest for young Mischief, always being around Halloween town, and being born there, he picked up some of their eccentric personality. Of course this made people stay AWAY from him, and that's when he met Scott. A Hispanic boy with asthma who didn't have friends, and well the rest is history.
The week before freshman year stiles came back from his home, and dragged Scott to the woods in which started the werewolf chaos. And now here we are Senior year and the pack is all at stiles house, which had sorta became the McCall's Pack house if need be.
