Chapter Text
Tommy gets out of bed and looked out of his window to see it was already nighttime and he’s sure that all his family members were asleep.
He quietly walks out his bed room and sneaks into the basement, he walks into a room that had a couple of presents, he went to the table and opened a red present that had his name on a tag, inside was the new toy tattletail.
Tommy took the tattletail out of the box and turned it on, "your in big trouble" the tattletail said, “i know that." Tommy whispered before sneaking back upstairs and having to shush the toy when it said something.
Tommy bushes the tattletail’s fur with a hair brush he found on the couch, after that he puts the brush down and sneaks back to the basement to wrap tattletail back up.
When he got to the table he puts tattletail back in his box and then wraps the wrapping paper back on the box and quickly and quietly goes back upstairs.
When tommy made it up he heard the telephone ring, he picks up but nobody answered so he went to his room but saw the front door open, he went to the door and looked outside and saw nothing there.
He went out and checked on his dogs but saw nothing there so the dogs probably went to bed with his mom and dad, he went back inside and closed the door.
He went back to his room and closed the door, he went back to bed and fell in a dreamless sleep.

Tommy wakes up and sits up yawning and rubs his eyes.
He gets up and gets into the shower, after showering he changes into light brown shorts and a oversized yellow turtleneck sweater that he took from his cousin wilbur.
He walks out of his room and to the kitchen to see his mother cooking pancakes and his father looking at a news paper.
"Good morning mama!" He says to his mother as he sits on one of the chairs at the counter, "good morning sunshine" his mother smiled as she gives him a plate of pancakes.
"How are the pancakes?" His mother asked as he ate, "there really good!" He replied back, "thats great! Because i used a new flavor!" His mother says making more pancakes, "whats the new flavor?", "chacolate", tommy smiles wide, "can i have more????" Tommy asks, "of course sweetheart" tommy’s mother smiled.
