It’s 1am and Alex and Henry lay face to face snuggled into the sofa.
They have been laying, staring into one another's eyes whispering sweet nothings as Henry strokes his slender fingers through Alex’s curls. They often take advantage of these rare quiet evenings they get together, with nowhere else to be and nowhere they’re rushing off to early the next day.
Suddenly, Alex sneezes violently.
This startles Henry causing him to throw himself backwards off the sofa, landing heavily onto his side.
Alex bursts out into laughter, watching as Henry stays laying on the ground cursing under his breath.
David startles in his bed at the sudden outburst of noise and hops out. He patters over Henry and sniffs round his face inquisitively.
“I’m okay David.” Henry says softly, sitting up and scratching David behind the ears.
Satisfied with Henry’s attention and movement David makes his way back to his bed, flopping down and huffing loudly.
Henry sits up rubbing his elbow where it hit the ground.
"Sorry" Alex gasps between laughs.
Alex shuffles up on the sofa and reaches a hand out to pull Henry up which Henry returns with a glare.
Henry batts Alex’s hand out the way and pulls himself onto the sofa, the opposite end to Alex.
Henry is still rubbing his elbow frowning.
"Want me to kiss it better" Alex smiles softly, pulling Henry’s arm towards him.
Henry doesn't protest as he watches Alex softly kissing up and down his arm, he watches wraptly as Alex takes great care kissing every inch of his arm and staring up at him through those damn eyelashes.
After pressing a kiss the inside of Henry’s wrist Alex looks up at him with a cheeky smile, “anything else need kissing better?”
Henry rolls his eyes with a smirk, and just as is considering his options he catches Alex yawning.
Pulling Alex’s hands in his hands and pressing a soft kiss to his knuckles he replies, “I think it’s time to sleep.”
Alex attempts to argue back but finds himself yawning again.
Henry raises an accusational eyebrow.
“Fine.” Alex mutters.
Henry gets up and pulls Alex along with him, “besides, there’s more space to cuddle there.”
