The stream is silent as Chongyun stares at his screen. A huge pout on his face while his eyebrows are furrowed, showing a determined yet angry expression.
"No." He finally says, gritting his teeth together. "This isn't fair." He leans back on his blue goddess gaming chair, crossing his arms. "I'm currently in debt, and still no Xingqiu??"
By in debt, he meant he's spent over five thousand dollars already. Yes, you heard that right. $5,000. And while he was a popular, high earning streamer, that doesn't mean he spends money casually like this.
He sighs, sanity slipping rapidly as the chat laughs at him, though some do, sympathize with his cursed luck and comfort him. Bless their souls.
"I've already c6'ed Ganyu." Chongyun says slowly as he taps on his table, the f2p side of him cringing at what he just said. "And also Qiqi but we will not talk about that. I just don't see how this is fair. All I want in life is one Xingqiu." His pout deepens, "As in just one!—"
"But I'm right here?"
...Chongyun stops in his tracks and fixes his angry expression. He puts on the warmest of smiles before staring at someone out of the camera's view, to the side. "H-"
"You're saying that right in front of me?" A huff, a puff, and a frown. Xingqiu mimics Chongyun, crossing his arms and pouting. "You only want one Xingqiu? Then why are you pulling? Am I not enough?"
"No, Qiu. I just-"
"I feel so wronged!" Xingqiu walks towards Chongyun and allows himself to be seen by the camera. "After all I've done for you?" Acting dramatic and as if he's just walked in on Chongyun cheating on him, Xingqiu speaks as if he's heartbroken.
"Hey I just-" Chongyun doesn't even finish his sentence before he takes a second to think to himself. He inhales, he exhales, and then he looks at the love of his life. He uses the forbidden puppy eye technique.
And just like that, Xingqiu looks away with an obvious blush on his face, mumbling incoherently before nodding to himself and facing Chongyun again. Determined, he points at him. "If you're really sorry then kiss me."
And Chongyun nods, pulling Xingqiu by his shirt to bring him closer; tugging Xingqiu down and leaning back on his chair to get a good angle. Xingqiu lets himself be pulled and places one knee in the free space on the chair between Chongyun's legs.
Chu...
...chuu.
Two kisses. The first one just a light peck, and the second one more drawn out. The sound was clearly picked up by the mic.
"Hehh."
Xingqiu bumps his head on Chongyun's, cackling loudly as he looks up at the ceiling, covering his mouth in an attempt to stop himself.
"Oh, noo. I'm so embarrasseddd." Xingqiu soon moves his hand to fan himself, fluttering his pretty eyelashes. "Being kissed on stream like this is soo embarrassing for such a shyyy person like me."
Blink, blink. Blink. The what?
Chongyun panics and closes the stream, quickly saying apologies to the chat. If the chat had a dime for every time these two have kissed in front of them, they'd have two dimes. Which isn't much, but it's funny how it's happened twice.
"Xingqiu!!"
"I love you too, dearest Chongyun."
Now how was Chongyun supposed to stay mad at that? What can he do when Xingqiu talks in such a sweet voice that it makes his heart flutter.
Xingqiu raises his index finger and taps Chongyun's nose, earning a little laugh from the both of them.
"Okay, wait." Xingqiu turns to the monitor, sitting comfortably on Chongyun's lap. "Hmmm." He squints his eyes at the wish screen. "Don't worry! I'll get you the Xingqiu you need. After all, what do I attract if not myself?"
Chongyun nods as he settles his chin on Xingqiu's shoulders, nibbling at his shirt. "I don't think you'll get me a Xingqiu though.."
"Haa? Wanna bet?" Xingqiu leans back even more as he presses the x10 wish. They both watch it turn purple. The first pull was a common debate club.
Chongyun slightly shakes his head. "No, but I know I'm right."
And then Xingqiu clicks the screen.
And clicks.
And clicks.
And clicks.
And clicks.
And he pauses. "Oh, haha.. Five Chongyun's in a row like this.."
Chongyun feels proud, nuzzling his head into Xingqiu's neck. "You also attract me."
"What?" Xingqiu moves his head slightly to look at him.
"The answer to your question earlier." And Chongyun smiles again. Xingqiu could feel it on his skin since Chongyun was still nuzzling him.
Xingqiu takes a hold of Chongyun's right hand and places it on the mouse. His own hand was on Chongyun's; they're holding it together. And with that, click.
And with that, a person with a water vision appears on the screen.
"Huh, you're really unlucky." Xingqiu giggles as he squeezes Chongyun's hand.
