Begging for Cuddles

Summary:

A long day of work with people that don't appreciate you as a person, you arrive home. There's a car in the apartments parking lot that is familiar. The boys are back! They've been gone for so long. Khonshu is there with them. Your little group is finally back together. After your time with Jake and Marc, Khonshu steals you away.

Work Text:

A headache grew more as a child screamed at the top of their lungs. Murder was seriously on your mind at that moment and the next, and the next one as it continued. You truly considered smashing your head into the granite counter tops over and over, until you either died or the child stopped.

This all started when the kid wanted a food item on the screens above you. Yet, their parent wouldn’t allow them. Half spoiled, by the looks and sounds of it. You struggled to keep on a customer service smile; your pleasing voice strained as you asked the parent if that was all.

Khonshu, save you. Those words made it seemed like the world was crumbling around them. The child threw themselves to the ground and somehow cried louder. You could feel the cracks in the façade only growing more. Thankfully, the parent paid for the meals and left while dragging the kid. There had to be steam puffing from your ears right now or, at least, you were red in the face. You didn’t feel bad for the child; the parent on the other hand, a little. They did create that monstrosity of a human being.

Once they left, you were able to go into the back real quick to take a break. Their food and ice cream yet to be prepared. A couple of your co-workers saw your face and gave sympathizing expressions. They knew your distaste for loud noise. Crying children did it for you. “You can’t punt it,” Emily teased as she poured a cup of ice cream out.

Oh, you knew that. Unfortunately. If there weren’t people around or its parent, the child would be on its way to Jupiter. Those noises just set you off.

At the end of the day, you were glad to be not closing and left in your vehicle. She gave you little issues. A purring beauty of powerful metal under you.

When you reached home, there was a familiar car in the parking lot. It surprised you to find him here after being gone for so long. But if that means he’s back…

Your feet pounded against the concrete as you flew up the stairs of your apartment. No one could stand in your way, not a human or a god. One of your neighbors stared at you for a hot moment as you past them. But they wouldn’t dare step in your way. You looked to be on a heavy mission.

The door to your apartment swung open reveal the occupied living room. Marc sat there head tilted back for only a moment before he was startled awake. His eyes met yours first. “That’s one grand entrance, babe,” he joked and rose slowly to a full stand. It was easily to tell he was in a ton of pain.

That didn’t mean you were on him within a second. His legs trembling before giving out. The poor man landing harshly on his butt. But you were peppering Marc’s face in kisses, leaving light marks of chap stick on him. Not that he minded. You squealed on his lap then tightly wrapped your arms around him. Fuck, you missed him. It had nearly been three weeks without seeing his beautiful face.

What about Steven and Jake, though? You finally pulled back, only for him to tug you in for a real kiss. Your lips against his soft, plush ones. “Fucking hell, I’ve missed you so much, baby… Sorry, we’ve missed you,” he said mouth to mouth with you. You somehow held onto his tighter, hoping the boys could feel your love through it.

As you opened your mouth to ask about them, you felt a sudden presence close behind you. “I’ve also missed you, Little Bug.” A harsh gasp tore at your throat. You spun around, getting to your feet, and faced the impossibly tall god.

The brightest of smiles returned to your face. “Khonshu!” You raced up to him and wrapped your arms around him. “Gods, I’ve missed you so much, honey.” Kisses were placed on his thin stomach, far too short to reach for his beak. But the dirty wrappings were the least of your concerns. Your boys were home, all of them.

“What about me, princesa?” Jake’s voice filtered into the electrified air. You turned back around to look at him in the same position that Marc was in. “Don’t I get some lovin’?”

There was a small smile on your lips. “Of course, my darling Jake gets some loving,” you teased him playfully while stripping off the sweater you had on. It was caked in ice cream and other nasty stuff. You had your normal uniform on underneath, nothing too exposed. Though, nothing that any the boys hadn’t seen before. Skin they’ve worshipped before, even the god less than five feet away.

Khonshu made a noise of disagreement, possibly a little jealous that his time was cut short. That didn’t stop you from strutting up to the man on the floor. Jake grabbed the back of knees and swiftly pulled you down. Then, he place a hand behind your neck and pulled you into a wonderful kiss.

His tongue quickly came out to place. He was a man of great patience, mostly. Your hands settled on his shoulders, unlike his. They began to roam. One coming behind your back and one-handed the clips of your bra off. You were able to fully take a breath of relief.

There was a small noise behind you, like wind whooshing. Yet, you were preoccupied when Jake repositioned you. Your back to the ground and him above you. At first, the position hurt your back after strain of pulling three doubles in the past three days. It shouldn’t be legal but money was money, even at the cost of your body and mentality.

But Jake has a watchful eye with the help of two others hanging in nearby reflective materials. “Everythin’ all right, princesa?” he questioned, concern laced in his voice. Something very unlike him.

The man was rough, and you mean rough, around the edges. Once you break past that-that was hard enough, he was a very protective, caring, sweet partner. There were times he could be overbearing, similar to a now missing god of the moon.

“Yeah, just my back. The floor is helping to stretch it out though.” And that was the honest truth. It was easing the pain that sprouted from the hard-working days. Working ten days in a row was too much for your poor body. But you needed a distraction from missing your lovers.

Jake hummed, hands running down your sides. “Would you like for a massage?” That sounded like heaven right there. Someone to take care of you for once in a while. But it wasn’t like you to accept help so easily. That’s why took up four extra shifts this week alone. Even your managers were pitying you and giving free food to you, which is against policy.

“No, I’ll be okay. Please, do continue with whatever you were doing though.” This time, you smirked. There was just hint of naughtiness in his eyes.

He stares at you for a few moments, as if deciding before his mind makes itself up. His mouth latches onto your chin and carves his own path down to the collar of your shirt. From there, your evening got exciting.

By the looks of it, Khonshu ran these poor boys to the ground and back. Jake had passed out barely a second after he came inside of you. You ran your fingers down the side of his face. Not even a god could know how much you missed them. It’s been far too long, which made you mad at a special god who kept them and himself away from you. You placed a blanket on him after getting up.

You went to the bathroom and cleaned up. Your legs did a little wobble that, if Jake was still away, would’ve fixed. He liked to say ‘if you can still walk, I didn’t do a good enough job.’

That was something you loved about him, unless you had work the next day. There were times, very few times, he would allow you to top him. He would still have his hands on you, partially to control the speed.

Afterwards, you lumbered into the kitchen for some food. Today was long yet you didn’t feel tired. Not after the two orgasms Jake pulled from you. You could feel the dopamine running through your veins but not enough to knock you out.

Instead, you grabbed a half-eaten Blizzard and headed to your room with a spoon in hand. When you entered, there was scene you weren’t expecting.

Khonshu laid on his back, beak straight to the ceiling, on your bed. “Well, this is a sight to see,” you teased and strutted into the room. He didn’t turn his head but you knew his eyes were on you.

“You need rest, Little One. I can see it like my moon,” Khonshu ordered and reached out with a hand. As much as you desperately wanted to lay down and cuddle with the god, you didn’t feel tired.

Outside the large window close to your bed, his moon shone brightly through the curtains. It partially kissed his torso and upper thighs. The middle of his thighs down were off the bed, his frame far too large for it. “I don’t need to go to bed. I’m not tired. I’ll be fine.” You don’t have work tomorrow and the day after that. You had two days of to do whatever the fuck you wanted.

“But, Little Bug, I’ll be so lonely without you. Come curl up in my arms so I can feel whole again.” His words made you freeze. That’s the softest you’ve ever heard him. He usually wasn’t this way.

A minute blush was creeping up onto your cheeks. He looked beautiful in the moonlight. It kissed the wrappings that covered his frame nicely. You finally sighed, shoulders dropping. “Oh-h. Well-“ then a sudden thought hit you- “are you trying to seduce me into a healthy pattern?” you accused and jutted out a hip. You stuck your spoon into the cup and gave him a knowing look.

Khonshu’s body tensed but he didn’t turn his long beak to look at you. It would’ve been pointless. “Is it working?” This time, you sighed with a grumbled and shook your head. As much as you didn’t want to agree, you’ve missed him so much.

Without another word, you crawled up into bed with him. If he had a face that could move, you knew there would be a massive smirk on his face. You laid chest to chest with him, face buried in the place between his shoulder and nonexistent neck.

“I’ll take that as a yes.”

You decided to elbow him in the side. “Shut up,” you mumbled and got comfortable in your spot. Now, this was night you could finally get the needed sleep you desperately deserved.

“Sleep, Little One. I’ll be here when you wake.” Khonshu brushed a hand down the back of your head. Next moment, you were out like a lightbulb.
