Lucifer makes his way into the main living area of the House of Lamentation only to see his brothers huddling around MC and their phone. He shoots them a quizzical look as they all break out into fits of giggles, chuckles and outright laughter.
“And what appears to be so funny to you all?”
Appearing before the group quite abruptly, Lucifer makes his presence known with a slight chill to his tone.
Everyone’s back stiffens and they glance in Lucifer’s direction. A smile adorns his features, and it is a smile they all know much to well. Lucifer is not amused in the slightest.
MC brightens up instantly at Lucifer’s appearance, not at all phased by his smile. It nearly throws him off his intended purpose.
“Lucifer!”, They shout as they bound up to his tall frame, “Look at what I made!”
Lucifer’s eyes move towards the screen of MC’s phone. He blinks once. Then twice. The image on screen finally registering in his head. It’s a crow with an obviously photoshopped cowboy hat upon its head and below it in large blocky letters reads ‘YEE-CAW’.
A genuine smile crosses his features and says “It’s lovely, MC. Fantastic job!”
Satisfied with the encounter, Lucifer leaves the group to their own devices, but he couldn’t help wondering why they continued to snicker even as he departed the room.
Much later, Lucifer receives a text from Diavolo on his phone with an accompanying link.
'Lucifer! I had no idea you were so enamored by this part of the human world so much!!'
Confused, he clicks the provided link and comes face-to-face with . . . . . himself wearing a cowboy hat with the words ‘YEE-CAW’ on the image. His eyes drift to the creator’s name is not in the least bit surprised to see MC’s devilgram username.
