"You look so grown up."
Wally turned to see Iris in the doorway. He rushed over to hug her and she squeezed him just as tight.
"I thought..."
"I shouldn't stay," she said. "But I couldn't miss today. Look at you."
She straightened his bowtie.
"I'm so proud of you," she said.
"I love you too, Aunt Iris."
"I have something for you."
She pulled out a small parcel wrapped in gold tissue paper.
"What is it?" Wally asked.
"I don't know. Barry left it for you."
Wally looked up at her.
"He left a few letters for Don and Dawn, and this for you. He said I'd know when to give it to you."
Wally took it gingerly.
"To The Flash," the label read. "From your uncle Barry."
"Jay said I'd make him proud," Wally said.
"You always did," Iris said. "He loved you so much, Wally. I used to joke sometimes he only married me so he'd get to call you his nephew."
"I miss him too," Wally said. "I miss you both."
"I miss you, sweetheart. I love you so much, Wally."
