   Scars are a sign of pride and strength. A sign of survival but this only applies to the physical scars. Mental scars are almost universally agreed to be negative and for good reason. Physical scars merely change how your body looks. Mental scars can completely change how a person thinks and that can be infinitely more dangerous.
