Summary
It's Halloween, and the inhabitants of Gotham have turned out in force for a charity block party and funhouse maze. To the Joker, it's a grand opportunity - to make a point, to scare the pants off the citizens of Gotham, and (now that she's been... fully integrated... into his gang) to teach Harley some of the tricks of the trade. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne tries to avoid the festivities by attending a business dinner with an attractive young biochemist who he's going to wish he paid more attention to later.
