   Summary

   Three bad days in the Cardassian System finds Deep Space Nine designated as a casualty clearing center, and after thirty-two hours on his feet, Julian finds that his office has been designated as a bay for the critically injured and the cot he has been sleeping on is occupied by a comatose Klingon. Nerves frayed by the stimulants coursing through his system and head muddled from lack of sleep, he’s not-so-gently reminded by Dr. Girani that he’s timed out—and can’t log himself back into any of the medical systems before 0940 hours.

   So he goes to find Garak instead.
