Work Text:
The rising sun casts a rosy hue across the morning sky. Golden fingers of sunlight lit up the scene as the dawn chorus of a melodic birdsong drifted in. The mellow daylight reflecting upon the clear glass of the windowsill.
"Can't i get a few more minutes in bed with my husband?" Nakyum hugs the man resting beside him closer, his head settled comfortably over the man's firm exposed chest, inhaling his intoxicating scent and inviting his warmth into his.
"Husband.." Seungho murmurs almost dreamily, he still couldn't believe they had reached this far, and they could not be more contented. The smaller peers up to look at him and his heart flutters at seeing the rare toothy smile upon his husband's lips. He wants to kiss that smile away.
"Are you happy?" When Seungho heard this, he turns his head towards his husband with a slightly raised brow as if the answer wasn't clear, if the evident smile he involuntarily showed a moment ago wasn't of indication.
"I am the happiest man on earth." Seungho says, peering down at him with a half-lidded gaze, all the while sincerity glinting in his amber orbs as they swim in those big olive ones. "And i am lucky to have you." He reaches out a hand to plant over his husband's soft cheek, his skin delicate as him, caressing it ever so gently like he was something so precious. Which he is, more than precious.
Nakyum's cheeks blooms red as their love, a lovesick smile curving it's way onto his plush lips. "In that case, i am the other happiest man on earth." His head swivels to peck chaste kisses on Seungho's hand. "And i am very lucky to make you the happiest."
Seungho laughed and smiled from ear to ear. His chest tightens, the intense feeling of deep affection he holds for this man is still something he has never gotten quite used to. He is certain he will never be, not when nakyum can make him feel like he had won in life; it is as if he had been given the most beautiful angel to cherish and that same angel gave him the one thing he was certain he was undeserving of.
He leans down to claim those heavenly lips, pouring unsaid emotions into the heat of their dancing tongues, their lips moving on their own, as the growing warmth of their bodies draws them closer.
