Work Text:
There was something wrong with the fact Todd didn’t make eye contact, or more of there was an issue with him not keeping eye contract which was perhaps a different thing—a different issue entirely. Asking him to sit still was often in vain as Todd liked to move, which the teacher in front of him knew often meant some rather odd behavior which often got the teen sent to the principle's office
She preferred though not to release any of the boys from the Brotherhood boarding house, knowing full well the place was a joke—knowing as she did that each one including Todd was likely not diagnosed as they should be, such as Todd and his apparent ADD or ADHD. And she was in a bind because the school simply choose to see them as problem students with disciplinary issues rather than students with disciplinary issues because they had special needs issues.
Not being able to do her job—it led to some very tense situations.
