Summary
When Lucy loses her ring on the beach Tim does everything he can to find it for her. It's not his fault that bystanders think he's proposing when he finally finds it. Although it could be because he was on one knee, holding Lucy's ring out to her.
When Kensi and Deeks see a proposal happening on the beach, Deeks decides to take a video of the moment. When he posts the video in search of the happy couple, he never expected to get a response and he certainly didn't expect the response he got.
